More Lollipop love is heading out to Samsung’s customers today, with the LTE variant of the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 the latest device to be upgraded to the latest and greatest version of Android. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 LTE is currently getting Lollipop over in Hong Kong, two weeks after the Wi-Fi variant got its helping of the confectious update.
The update is based on Android 5.0.2 and comes with build number T705ZHU1BOD3; it is available via Samsung Kies and through our firmware section for those wishing to upgrade manually. An over the air version should be heading out as well, and if you’ve received it on your Galaxy Tab S 8.4 LTE, do let us know how the installation went and whether you notice anything different than what the usual Lollipop update entails.
