Flipkart already has exclusive rights to sell smartphones from Motorola, Xiaomi, and some smartphones from Asus, though, this is the first occasion where they have managed to bag exclusive rights to sell a smartphone from Samsung. This would be a great deal for Flipkart as Samsung is the largest smartphone vendor in India.
Just to remind you, the Galaxy S5 Mini is a mid-range smartphone which features a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED display, Android 4.4 KitKat, 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos 3 Quad 3470 processor, Mali-400MP4 GPU, 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage space which could be further expanded using a microSD card slot. It is equipped with an 8MP primary camera with LED flash and a 2.1MP secondary camera, both of which could record full HD 1080p videos. Just like the Galaxy S5, the Galaxy S5 Mini features a fingerprint sensor under its home button and is also IP67 certified for dust and water resistance.
